Prints and Digital files price update from July 2024
Kindy/Childcare portraits and class photos capture a specific moment, allowing parents, grandparents, caregivers and children to look back and cherish memories of their early years. After you receive your gallery link you have a 10-day window to place orders for magazines, single-image prints and class photos, during this period I will waive the shipping fee and you can pick the products up from your childcare centre. However, shipping fees will be applied if you place orders beyond the initial 10-day period. The example print and magazine will be at your childcare throughout the photo shoot month, please ask your centre manager.

A Composited Class Photo Print
Class photos are visual records of a child's early-year journey and hold sentimental value. They often become cherished keepsakes. For children's privacy reasons, class photos are available exclusively in printed format with no names and not as digital files. This year class photos are "Composited class photos" That means individual photographs of children are taken separately and then digitally merged into a single group photo. Composited class photos offer modern and varied expressions, poses in different environments. It allows more flexibility as well as better results than traditional class photo. For faster process, I will pick each child photo. They will be printed on Lustre Premium Paper. The layout may vary slightly depending on the number of children per class.

Digital files + free class photos for some packages
Digital files act as a backup, safeguarding your cherished memories in case physical prints are lost, damaged, or deteriorate over time. With digital files, you have the freedom to choose where and how you want to print your photos. I typically edit photos in colour but occasionally certain images can be striking in black and white. Please be aware that even though both versions originate from the same photo, having both a colour and a black & white rendition counts as two separate files.

This magazine is ideal for showcasing photos of siblings. It is also makes an excellent gift for grandparents. It features 10 or 20 photo pages, 4 cover pages (A Polka dot cover front and back) . It is light, not bulky and it has modern look, perfect for building a yearly collection.

Single prints can also be used as gifts for special occasions. A professional fine art print is mounted and assembled for you in a fine art white photo mat available in various sizes. The photo will be printed on Lustre Premium Paper. The price below includes print and photography services.

FAQ
When can we view the online gallery?
You will receive online gallery photos within 2- 3 weeks (sometimes less) depending on the volume of the photo shoot.
Is the viewing link private?
Yes, it is private. I will send you the link to view children's photos with 1 link per family and siblings gallery link.
What is the duration for which the digital files will remain accessible online?
The digital files will be available online for a period of 2 weeks, starting from the day you receive the link. Beyond that timeframe, a $30 fee will be to reinstate access to the files.
When will we get childcare prints?
After the 10-day order window, you will receive prints within a maximum of 3 weeks (sometimes less) I will order prints in bulk.
Do you sell raw files for digital photos?
I only offer JPEG for edited and usable images. Think of it this way, it’s like putting all the ingredients in a bowl and not baking the cake. Raw files are not finished product.
Is it possible for the products to be delivered directly to our address?
Certainly, all products can be conveniently delivered to your provided address. Please note that since the products are sourced from different suppliers, there might be an additional cost associated with each individual delivery. Shipping costs are waived when you place your order within 10 days after receiving your gallery link. For digital photos, they can be easily downloaded directly from the provided link.
Unfortunately, this service is not available in New Zealand currently.
